Pros: Massive range. Looks nice. Accurate.

Cons: Bloody huge. Only AEG I've ever seen catch fire.

I don't really want a cheapsoft version, maybe the Classic Army?

my TM M14 is amazing, accurate, great range, and it looks dam good. and has the best hop on any AEG.

the only drawbacks ive had were that the selector leaver is very flimsy so take care when removing and reattatching the stock to the reciever as thats how my leaver snapped.

but it has been replaced by a steel version which is much better and the fire selector feels alot more secure when i use it.

also, the mag catch has been a slight trouble spot. the pin that holds the mag release sometimes comes loose and therefore prohibits the mag from staying in the magwell. but the pin can be pushed back in easily.

it is a large AEG indeed, hence why i have a pistol and a M4 for games when i am attacking or if ther are games when i am entering buildings.

ROF is good, power isnt bad, but could do with some upgrading to get it up to 330 fps.

but i am absolutly petrified of actually opening it up to work on, it :?

but its advantages outweigh the disadvantages.

Thanks Dibbles  :)

For some reason I have strayed away from Tokyo Marui, if there was ever a Classic Army version of the gun I wanted I wouldn't even consider looking at the Marui model

does anyone own a CA M14 or one made b y any other manufacturer?

Mines, is/was a AGM M14, the cheapsroft one, and apart from the whole blowing up thing lol it was amazing, ask other people, the range, rof, fps and accuracy were amazing, you couldnt fault it, i want it repaire as soon as i can to get it going again.

many people have had problems with the CA model.

the selector has gone pants in many models from what ive hered.

the tappet plate has snapped on others

some have crazy power readings, from 50fps to 380

dont quote me on this but most M14 scope rails (mostly King Arms) don't fit the CA

i could be wrong tho becasue i was looking into getting a CA before i seen the TM on offer.

hmm

this is a M14 Carbine (Scout) version scope mount, instead of being above the magwell its further down the barrel..

does anyone know if this will fit the full size M14 (Match)?

Dunno about the first thing but I believe that the sound control just means that it winds the mag when it hears the gun firing
