If we can arrange it for early march we could make it a birthday event for my brother as his bday is the 4th march  :D and no im not looking for an excuse to shoot him  :P

Also regarding their fps limits they wont let you use anything over 340fps as my aug was doing 341 there last time and I got told I couldnt use it  :(

That would be a nice touch, as my birthday is in march too. But some people are forgetting that we can only go to the mall when:

A) they put the dates up
B) when we can actually maximise attendance so most the DV regs that want to go can actually go there too.

Obviously with Christmas and new year looming an early January game (for example) would be fruitless and have an attendance of 2. So the point of this thread is to ascertain who would like to go at first and have a chat about the mall. Then as we come into the new year we can start discussing dates and if people would be up for staying in reading overnight ready for some softing the next day.

Count me in.

I don't know if this will work here but it works a treat on the Cardiff Canoe club forum.

If you are / might be attending add your name to the list below in a quote

2. Greg & Steve

Attendance/Interest lists work well on the other forums I'm on. The only real issue I've seen several times is a lot of names down of people that are interested, then it all goes quiet when firm confirmations and payment is requested. Worth a punt though.

There are a couple of days in Jan I'm not available, but other than that I'm good for any dates.

How many people will we need to fill it
For a private day? It's Going to be difficult to get say 60 people to commit 100% to this as the last time we organised a private day it was canceled because a fair few dropped out a few day before.

I would love to go so I'm committing to this but we needs to determine what method of booking we are going to use

I wouldn't be fussed on a private day, because Dibs is correct. Paying x amount to play and ending up with a no show is embarrassing. I was planning on us just going there and having a laugh, like a no frills day out where we can just play and not worry about an attendance figure on a private day. And we are too far off a roll call for any sort of game day too

Forgot to add that if jeff comes along and if anyone asks him to repair a broken gun, jeff will be ripping you a new one.

He did last time we went down haha.

Well if we know a date and book for a regular day we can all book it and with any luck we should get everyone in before it fills up
