A good flashlight?
« on: February 05, 2012, 09:40:30 pm »
Hi guys I was wondering if this was a good flashlight and if any kind of C123A batteries worked with it (no need for specific batteries?)?

I've got one of these - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenser-7439TP-Tactical-Light-Test/dp/B001OXC4DS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1328484085&sr=8-1 - not under £20 but it does run for hours on a set of (rechargeable) AAA's and it's remarkably bright.

Actually its not a clone of the V2 Vampire its a Clone of the M952V, CONVINCING THOUGH AMIRITE? even has surefire trades etc on it

BUT theres one that came from US Army Surplus on ebay RIGHT NOW and its so tempting, especially seen as their like £370 brand new D:

Ive recently picked up a pistol torch from ASG (Not that your after a pistol torch) but the quality of their Xenon torches are really good. Cheap too. Set me back £25 so they are probably in your price range.

If you want blinding the shit out of people, May I present the Surefire B1r-BK BEAST is you have £3200 to spare you can have 2000 LuMENS, I doubt that torch will be able to focus a concentrated beam like this, I might be wrong but It seems a bit suspect,
