i'm not one for posting much, but it was a really good day yesterday. i felt the standard of play and players was high, there numbers made it intersting and the site (with mother nature) made for an interesting day. The marshalling was top noth and very little need for interference. One of the best days I have had at DV, keep it up lads.

Late post - had an excellent day yesterday - felt the space to move made the whole day that much better with the ability to be sneaky and shoot someone without being overheard by the next player. got some good kills and was killed by some good shots on a number of occasions. noce relaxed day and struggled to stay awake in the car on the way home.

thanks one and all

yeah, but check out the IRB world rankings - erm Engalnd 4th, Wales 5th, - justice or no justice? it would seem that it is not enough to win games but you need to win them by massive margins to progress in the rankings.

voted - the obvious way!!! What I fail to understand and perhaps I am being a retard of some magnitude is why when you start playing this game that it is so difficult to to wait until you have played the required numbers of games in the required time period that would enable you to obtain UKARA registration and then purchase whaterver RIF you wanted.
I may not be correct on this but if you still have to be 18 to purchase a two tone, again what is the point of not waiting the timescales, after all would you want to purchase something that appeals to the masses and to that massive inner child in us all or purchase something that is a toybut really does look like a toy (whilst i undertand the massive irony of us dressing up to look like soldiers and playing with toys as if they were real weapons).

really I think two tones exist purely because of impatience. I am aware that some sites will allow you to purchase a RIF through them and play with it, but until you become registered with UKARA you are not allowed to remove it from the site - effectively a hire/buy scheme.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years contemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

I have to admint that today was one of the smoothest game days that I have seen. It started well, the timings went well thruoughout the day and the organisation was spot on. Credit where credit is due, well done Jeff, Oli and the the team.
The game play was pretty good and the standard of player seemed to be pretty high.
I would say that this is one of the best DV game days that I have been to int he past three years.

Well done to the team and to the players.

Drakelow tunnels are an awesome place to play. torches are absolutley essential up there. its a constant 8 degrees all year round, and it bloody big!!!!!!. plenty of mouse holes, tunnels, toilet, bunkers, rooms, dark tunnels and lit tunnels.
Highly recommended.
and for the tall, plenty of height!!!!!

Excellent day, really enjoyed the new building -
- bit of a prat trying to shoot a pistol out of the window, whilst balancing on the toilet seat. quite rightly pinged for blind firing. My apologies to Hywel for hitting him.

Still at least I put myself on the naughty board

Cracking day yesterday, one or two minor upsets and questionable calls but big smiles had all round. the wind made for some interesting shots and hindered/ helped both at the same time.

Cheers gents
