I love the idea except for a few of the reasons noted above, i.e ammo jamming the barrel and cost per bb.  I doubt the cost could be reduced through mass production to be comparable to conventional bbs, and the mechanism through which they operate is flawed (i.e weak outer shell sometimes causing gun jams), so I don't think it'll catch on.

I liked the guy who noted that most of his paintballers were government workers.  Irony indeed.

And there I was thinking Wales was desolate enough...seems some of our maps don't have place names from what you've said (or they're that small they don't show up on a map)!

So today I returned to Reading, to Uni.  I had to move out of my room completely over the Easter break as they decided they were going to redecorate the block; great!

I packed up all of my stuff, left the keys in reception and buggered off back to Wales.  The only people to have access to my room over the holidays were the decorators, security staff and the admin staff for the hall; however, when I opened the cupboard under my sink I found this:

(See http://twitpic.com/3m9pm if the picture doesn't load!)

WTF is that doing in my room!?!?!

Maybe you misunderstood when they said they were going to house a 'cleaner' in the room...

Hmm, only place I can think of would be Camarthan, but would that be too obvious?  Even as a welshy welsh myself, I don't venture much out of Cardiff except when I was in TA and to climb!

Hi Guys !!

Just wondering, do or are DV planning on Chronoing side arms, shotguns etc !!! I have Chrono'd my pistol previously just for my own curiousity and its running around 270 FPS but I'm not sure about the other options out there for Side Arms  ( full auto Pistols etc ) and if they're still standard 1 Joule springs in shotguns etc then could they be over 350 FPS ??

Just a thought ??

We chrono shotguns but not your common/garden sidearm (i.e pistols), because of the drama with gas propulsion making it all iffy

To give an example, it is illegal for a woman to sell sex via prostitution. To try and get around that some will ask for "gifts" in return for their services, which they then return to a shop for the cash. The law still see's that as sale of sex and therefore illegal even though no money has changed hands.

its a bit of a rough example but you get the idea.

I reckon this has happened each time I've taken a girl to a dinner date...

Back on track though, what Olly says eloquently sums this up, but I would also ask everyone to be polite in responding - better to reason and be logical in a response than to give the same argument with an angry tone, which is far more likely to subjugate an equal response.

Yup, was another good day on the whole other than a few team kills and people not taking hits, was nice for me as a second game to not have to deal with snow and ice this time :)

 :aeg:

Did you tell a marshall about the individual/s allegedly not taking hits?

You'll need confirmation from Olly, but I would see a month most likely meaning from a certain date in the month to the same date in the next month.

i.e 1 month = 1st Jan to 1st Feb

or 19th Feb to 19th march.

Some months have 30/31 days, february is a variable month depending on a leap year.  Hence the above classification is taken for most organisations/bills/acts/purposes and I imagine Olly will confirm it to be this also.

Preferably a zany xmas fancy dress, but hell, anything at all goes down a treat!
