Having seen, and driven in the ice this morning I'm going to give tonight a miss.

It's like Dancing on Ice....but with cars.  So much so, I had to dial 999 when I saw this happen: http://twitpic.com/uhsf0

the AKs are great hire guns as they are indestructible

I think the spetsnaz ones have outlived most regular players own guns - they just keep going and going; like the Duracell bunny! :)

I think Spotify is a great idea, but I don't like not owning my music.  I have never tried it on my own machines, but have heard it used at parties and things and it's very effective, but what about when you're not connected to the Internet? :(

dont really fancey spending £50 on new norton when it could be spent on airsoft.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Norton-Antivirus-2009-User-Computer/dp/B001EQ698Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=software&qid=1245686503&sr=8-1

Then don't spend £50 - just the get anti-virus package - £17.99. You can get free stuff but I've used Symantec products personally and professionally for years and have never had a problem.

If you're suffering with adware and spyware though it's already too late. Microsoft admitted a while ago that no matter what software you use the only way to be truly sure you're free of infection is to backup and rebuild.

http://www.getreading.co.uk/news/s/2049958_walker_shot_in_the_face_by_driveby_gunmen - Found this in the local news where I live.... directly cites a BB gun as the weapon used.... Is it ever going to get better?

I found 2 pistols and an M16 in my uni room a while ago

 :o

Did you say anything?

personally I wouldnt touch it, never know who dumped it there. Maybe they're trying to frame you!!!  :o

KIMBLE!!!!

I've reported it and a man from security came and took it away - there were no visible signs of blood or anything but it's a bit disturbing to find it nonetheless!

I'm no fugitive, yet anyway!

what kind of work were they doing in your room?

They were doing the cheapest possible job of painting over the existing wallpaper with Magnolia paint!

General Discussion / Things you least expect to find in your room...

So today I returned to Reading, to Uni.  I had to move out of my room completely over the Easter break as they decided they were going to redecorate the block; great!

I packed up all of my stuff, left the keys in reception and buggered off back to Wales.  The only people to have access to my room over the holidays were the decorators, security staff and the admin staff for the hall; however, when I opened the cupboard under my sink I found this:

(See http://twitpic.com/3m9pm if the picture doesn't load!)

WTF is that doing in my room!?!?!
