Yeah, was having a listen to that earlier. Bit of a mixed bag I thought. Does the guy who died appear on this album or was it recorded more recently?

He's credited with vocals, some of the song writing and the drum arrangements but not the actual drumming. He's mostly in the song "fiction" in a dual vocal harmony with the lead singer. Sadly, he died before he could actually record the drums for the band, and the drumming was taken over by the Dream Theater drummer. Keep forgetting his name though.
